V. Appointment booking tool
This website contains a link to BREVO's external appointment scheduling software (https://www.meet.brevo.com/). The provider is Sendinblue GmbH (BREVO), Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany. You can use this to directly book a free appointment for an introductory meeting (free discovery call) or a coaching/consulting session with us. VI Email marketing
If you have expressly consented in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, we use the data you provide on this website (first name and e-mail address) to send the newsletter, freebies, information about our offers and waiting lists for offers.

VIII Storage duration
Unless a more specific storage period has been specified in our privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for data processing no longer applies. Your data will be deleted immediately if you submit a request for deletion or revoke your consent for storage. We will delete your personal data unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing it. In the latter case, the deletion will take place after the reasons (time limits) no longer apply.

6. In accordance with Art. 77 GDPR, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your place of residence.
7. In accordance with Article 21 GDPR, the right to object in special cases and to direct marketing.
If the data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e or f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time. The respective legal basis on which processing is based can be found in this privacy policy. If you lodge an objection, we will no longer process your personal data concerned unless we can demonstrate legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (objection pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR). X. Social media
We operate public profiles on social media (see also XI). If you are logged into your social media account and visit our social media presence, the operator of the social media portal can assign your visit to your user account. Depending on the provider, your personal data may be collected even if you are not logged in or do not have an account with the respective social media provider. This takes place in the form of cookies that are stored on your end device or by recording your IP address. Social media providers create user profiles in order to recognise preferences. This allows them to display personalised advertising within and outside the respective social media channel. If you have an account with the respective social network, you will be shown personalised advertising on all end devices.

Our presence on social media represents a marketing measure; this is a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The analysis processes carried out by the social networks may be based on different legal bases, which must be specified by the operators of the social networks.
2. Controller and assertion of rights
If you visit one of our social media sites, we are jointly responsible with the operator for the data processing operations triggered during this visit. In principle, you can assert your rights both with us and with the provider of the respective social media channel.
3. Storage duration
The data collected directly by us via the social media presence will be deleted by us as soon as the purpose for storage no longer applies, you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Stored cookies remain on your end device until you delete them. Legal provisions (such as retention periods) remain unaffected.
